Somewhere along the way, my interest in blogging fell off the edge of the earth. However, I think that a lot of that may have been due to the fact that I was agonizing too much over my thoughts about the process and not just letting the progress of my work speak for what I've been doing. I am somewhat torn between the focus on improving my skills and marketing myself through social media. It seems that the majority of my work comes from recommendations and repeat customers as opposed to my presence on social media.

There are a LOT of very prolific photography bloggers out there and at some point it all becomes white noise. I don't know about you, but between E-mail, Facebook, Facebook fan page, my main website, and 2 Model Mayhem profiles, I can eat up a lot of time and not get the work done that I need to get done.

However, having said that, and without further ado, I'm restarting my blog today with a post of some recent work. This is Dominique Brownes - a very beautiful and vivacious actress who moved to Vancouver from Montreal. She came to me to do some very specific concepts for her modeling portfolio.
